MY TEACHER – DIYA SANGEETH

My classes this year were fun,
Sunny and bright, like the sun.
I made new friends,
I learned new things,
I achieved things I never thought I could ,
I did all this and more,
But I did not do it alone.
The helping hand that guided me,
The lovely smile that brightened me,
The clever mind that corrected me,
An angel that descended from heaven,
And there she stood in all her beauty and gaiety,
An offering from the flowers,
Full of bliss and joy,
And enough fire to light a thousand torches.
Her sense of responsibility,
Her good judgement ,
Her compassionate and caring nature
Are what I love so much about her.
For some one to know her, he or she is lucky.
For some one to have her as teacher
He or she is blessed.
Thank you madam for giving me wings
And I hope to see you again soon,
My caring guide, my respected teacher,
My wonderful Puspalatha ma’am.

Diya Sangeeth
